Susan Byers Tedrow is the Owner/President of Tasteful Planning.
With over 35 years experience in designing and creating out-of-the ordinary cakes, she now specializes in rolled fondant and
creating edible flowers out of gum paste. While cakes seem to be #1 in demand, she is also a Caterer, Event Planner,
Wedding Director, Organist, and Floral Designer in silks and fresh flowers.
Everyone on our catering team brings a different specialty to the table to make each occasion unique.
Hayley Baker and Amie Ward each bring terrific decor ideas to life while also assisting in food prep.
Jared Byers' interest in the catering business began as a teenager when he worked for a local
college catering service, as well as organizing and cooking for private parties. He also recently received his certification
as a Professional Mixologist. Together, we pool our talents to bring you everything you want for your entertainment
needs.
